Exchange & Return
If you are not completely satisfied with an item you have purchased from our site, return or exchange it to us within 30 days after received, less any shipping fees incurred by the seller or purchaser. If you are returning items that were ordered as part of a promotional discount or were bundled, we will gladly accept the return; however, the value of the discount, free product, or gift card will be deducted from your reimbursement.

Note:
1.All of returns must be new or unused (except for defect), in original packaging and contain all original parts.
2.If we receive items, we will take 5-7 business days to process return and refund.
3.Items having been used or damaged due to improper use are not refundable.
4.Shipping charge of returned item should be paid by yourself.
5.Items should be return within 30 days of delivery.
Cancellation
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
1.We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after the receipt of the product.
2.Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.
3.Altered, abused, or improperly installed/maintained items will void the warranty and are not returnable.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at admin@goture.com.
